January 10, 2011 - 10:00 am -Joan Antonio , "How to Live with Hearing Aids."

  Our Jan. 10th meeting's program was "Learning to live with hearing aids."  The program was presented by Joan Antonio, past president of Carroll County FCE.  Following the business part if the meeting a luncheon of soup, bread, salad and dessert was enjoyed by all.  Also the association is sponsoring of essay and artwork contest  called Character Counts - "Caring."  William Winchester. Piney Ridge, and Ebb Valley fourth-graders are participating.  Winners will be announced in March.

March 14, 2011  - 10 am - Community Outreach Professional from Carroll Hospital Center, "Exercises to help with Balance."

 Our March meeting on the 14th will feature a speaker from Carroll Hospital Center who will lead us in exercises to strengthen our bones and present information on how to live a healthy life.  Following the business part of the meeting we will enjoy a barbeque, salad and dessert luncheon provided by our members.
